About 5TJ

Mrs. Thompson and Mrs. Jullion (5TJ)

Hello from Mrs. Thompson

I am looking forward to the 2019-2020 school year.  It is my pleasure to be sharing a Grade 5 homeroom with Glenda Jullion!  This year I will be teaching Language Arts, Science, Art and Health.

I attended The King's University and obtained both my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my Bachelor of Education after degree.  I taught a year internationally in Taiwan and for two years in Ponoka, AB.  I have been part of the CCS community now for 14 years, teaching Grades 2,3, 4 and 5.

My husband and I have two children, ages 8 and 10.  As a family we enjoy travelling, hiking and canoeing.  I prefer to express myself artistically through drawing, painting, writing and poetry.

I am eager to journey with the Grade 5 students through the year. We will challenge ourselves to see God throughout this world He created and to think critically about how we can use our gifts towards the restoration of the parts of it that are broken.

Hello from Mrs. Jullion

Welcome to Grade 5TJ!

I absolutely love the students, staff and families at CCS and am looking forward to another fantastic year.  My name is Glenda Jullion and I have been part of this amazing community since 2001.  I have had the privilege of working in many different roles here and have enjoyed each and every assignment.  This year I have the pleasure of working in Grade Five teaching Math, Social and Bible.  I am looking so forward to what God has planned.

I am passionate about Christian education and feel great joy watching students explore God’s world and word.  It is a huge blessing to be part of their journey as they discover the gifts they have been given and how to use them.

If you need to contact me, please feel free to send an email.  I would be happy to hear from you!
